Delivery Information

1. Delivery Coverage

RTKLC delivers to all residential and commercial addresses within Singapore. Delivery is free on all orders. We do not deliver outside Singapore.

2. Production & Delivery Timeline

All blinds are made to order. Production takes approximately 3-4 weeks from order confirmation. Once production is complete, delivery is arranged within a few working days.

You will receive an order confirmation after payment. We will contact you to confirm the delivery date once your blinds are ready.

3. Delivery Process

• We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time slot.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the confirmed time.
• Upon delivery, please inspect the package for any visible damage before accepting.

4. Tracking Your Order

You can track your order status at any time on our Track Order page using your order number. Order numbers follow the format: RTK-2026-XXXX.

5. Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as production backlogs, courier delays, or unforeseen events. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you with an updated timeline.

6. Failed Delivery

If no one is available to receive the delivery at the confirmed time, a re-delivery will be arranged. Additional charges may apply for repeated failed delivery attempts.
