What types of blinds do you sell?
We sell Venetian, Zebra, and Roller blinds. All pre-designed. All made to order.
Do you offer custom designs or sizes?
No. Our blinds come in pre-designed styles and standard size options. We do not offer customisation.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are made to order. Production takes approximately 3-4 weeks. Delivery is free within Singapore.
Do you hold ready stock?
No. Every blind is produced after your order is confirmed. We do not keep inventory.
Do you sell to businesses or contractors?
No. We sell directly to individuals for personal use only. No wholesale, no resale, no trade supply.
What is your warranty?
6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If something is wrong, we replace it.
Can I return or exchange my blinds?
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days for size issues. Items must be unused, in original packaging. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
Do you deliver outside Singapore?
No. We only deliver within Singapore.
How do I pay?
Payment via PayNow to our registered business UEN: 53520547C. As an ACRA-registered business, accountability and transparency are our priority.
